Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Schedule
We process orders quickly, aiming to dispatch products within 2 business days after receiving and accepting your order. We do not ship or deliver on public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary based on your selected shipping method and destination. General delivery estimates are:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Delivery timeframes are only estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than order placement. We are not liable for any delays caused by destination country customs procedures or delays caused by the courier company. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Undeliverable Orders
If we are unable to successfully deliver your order due to improper/missing address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or other factors, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less shipping costs. For refused/undelivered orders, refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items for a refund or exchange, subject to the policy below.
Return Eligibility

Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for any returns initiated more than 7 days after delivery.
Sales/Promotions

Damaged/Defective Items
